Suitable for virtually everybody over 18 years. The classes improve flexibility, strength, general fitness and also provide a sense of well-being through relaxation.
Advance booking is not necessary, just come along.
The price is £5 per class, or buy a card of 5 classes for £20.
Suitable for beginners as well as improvers, and for both men and women. Previous students are always welcome back.
- If you
are taking a first step on the ladder to health and fitness, these classes will
provide that in a friendly, supportive and non-competitive environment.
- If you already have an exercise
programme, yoga compliments this by promoting flexibility and balance, helping
to prevent injury and introducing you to a range of breathing exercises.
- If you need help with stress relief or
anxiety problems, the relaxation techniques in these classes are designed not
just to provide stress relief during the class, but to be taken away and used
in daily life. Yoga is beneficial on a number of levels and promotes life-long health
and well-being.
Not suitable for pregnant women. There are specialist yoga classes available
for pregnant women. Please contact Jane for more information.

The instructor is Jane Rennie who is a qualified teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga.
